What's the correct way to address a retired rear-admiral?

Just Admiral, from what I gather.
There isn't a 'Your Lordship' or anysuch attached.
When you are speaking to or introducing an Admiral (or any rank) you say Admiral. They do not lose their rank in conversation.

Depends if he takes the title with him into civilian life.
